How do I track my package?
After you have purchased your gummies we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number.

I did not receive a shipping order or confirmation for my order?
If you have any problems with shipping or confirmation emails please contact us at info@healthvitality.com.au to confirm the order was placed. Make sure you check your junk folder as shipping order confirmation details may end up there!

When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed during business hours and should be shipped within 5–7 business days of your order. During sale periods shipping may take a little longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders must be notified to Atlas Health immediately. To cancel an order, you can contact info@healthvitality.com.au. Once goods are despatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.

Returns Information

The team at Atlas Health hold safety and results as our top priority. All of the ingredients inside each gummy are GMP approved, HACCP certified and carefully formulated to not only be safe but look and taste great too.

Opened or damaged bottles will not be refunded. Returns will only be processed after being inspected by the Atlas Health team. Refunds will be provided in circumstances that are seen as acceptable by Atlas Health. Perceived "lack of results" will not be accepted as reason for return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Essence Group, 35 Norfolk Ave, South Nowra, NSW, 2541. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
